TurningPoint Church has launched the well-known Celebrate Recovery Ministry on Tuesday nights at 7 PM. Celebrate Recovery (CR) is aimed specifically for those suffering with hurts, habits, or hang ups that are affecting their quality and enjoyment of life. CR provides supportive fellowship, and offers the opportunity to celebrate God's healing power through 8 recovery Principles and 12 Steps.

CR helps participants open the door to healing through sharing experiences, hopes, and personal struggles with others. In addition, participants learn to accept God's grace in solving life’s problems.  By applying the Biblical principles presented in CR, spiritual growth and healing of past hurts are achieved, resulting in freedom from addictive, compulsive, and dysfunctional behaviors.  That new-found freedom creates peace, serenity, joy, and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others.  Ultimately, participants will discover their personal, loving and forgiving Higher Power–Jesus Christ.

In addition to Celebrate Recovery for adults, we also offer two very special classes for children. You might say that they are “pre-covery” programs!Celebration Station is CR for kids who are 6-12 years old. It is a program based on the Eight Recovery Principles found in the Beatitudes (Matthew 5:3-10).  In Celebration Station, the children are learning the same verses and ideas that Mom and Dad are using in Celebrate Recovery. The Landing is CR for teenagers. Whatever their life story, they know they need something more than a typical Sunday School class or youth group meeting. Maybe they don’t even know this, but the people who love them do.  The Landing is a safe, healing place where teenagers can learn to live a freer, healthier, and more God-centered life.
