In light of recent media attention to Swine Flu in the U.S., we want to assure you that we are taking health precautions at Turning Point Church. Our Children's Ministry workers will continue to provide a healthy environment for your children following Tarrant County Health Department guidelines, which include proper hand-washing, sanitizing toys and taking notice of children who may exhibit symptoms.

The Tarrant County Health Department offers the following indications of Swine Flu: Symptoms are similar to regular human flu and include:

• Fever
• Cough
• Sore throat
• Body aches
• Headache
• Chills and fatigue

Some have reported diarrhea and vomiting associated with swine flu. In the past, severe illness (pneumonia and respiratory failure) and deaths have been reported with swine flu infection in people. Swine flu may cause a worsening of underlying chronic medical conditions. Please visit:

If you or your children exhibit any of these symptoms, we encourage you to seek medical attention through your local healthcare provider and limit your contact with the public at church on Sunday.
